Palm Beach Gardens is golf-community country, and the golf is the story. PGA National, Mirasol, BallenIsles, Old Palm — each one has dozens of retention lakes with soft banks, fairway edges, and clubhouse landscaping that iguanas graze and burrow into. The burrowing collapses bank edges and cart paths; the grazing scars greens and clubhouse beds.
On the east side, along the Intracoastal, it's the usual seawall and dock pressure. The C-17 / Thompson River canal and the community waterways feed iguanas off the lakes and into the residential streets around Evergrene and Lake Catherine, so the 33403, 33410, and 33418 blocks all see it.
HOA and club-scale programs
Most of our Gardens work is HOA and club-scale — mapping lake banks, running monitored trapping, and reporting back to management — alongside waterfront homes east of Alternate A1A. Because a course is really a chain of connected lakes, spot-treating one hole just refills from the next, so we map the whole network.
